upon arrival, I was greeted with a rather unpleasant smell in the corridor, which is not exactly the 5-star experience one would expect. also, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls. most importantly, I woudlve loved a complimentary gesture after all those inconveniences, but I guess my request was too much to ask for. just couldn’t give a good review.
